COOKING DIRECTIONS: Kim’s Beef With Broccoli
1 packet (24.8g) Kim’s Beef With Broccoli Seasoning Mix
0.275 lb (125g) Boneless Beef for stir-fry cut into strips.
0.55 lb (250g) Broccoli (stalks sliced thinly and florets broken into pieces)
2 Tbsp (30ml) Cooking Oil
1 Onion small sliced quartered
½ cup (124ml) water
Dissolve 1 packet Kim’s Beef With Broccoli Seasoning Mix in water. Set aside.
In a wok or skillet, heat the oil and stir-fry beef until brown on the edges. Add onion and broccoli, stir-fry beef. Stir in the dissolved Kim’s Beef With Broccoli Seasoning Mix and cover. Cook until sauce thickens, and vegetables are done. Makes 3 servings.
