Microwave (Recommended): Remove fillets from pouch before cooking. Place fillets seasoned side up, on a microwavable plate and cover loosely. Cook on High for 4-6 minutes or until hot. Use caution when handling, plate may be hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove fillets from pouch before cooking. Place fillets seasoned side up, in a shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 14-20 minutes or until heated throughout. Use caution when handling.
